Cointopus provides tools for uploading cryptocurrency transaction data from AltCoinTrader.co.za and generating dashboards, analytics, and summaries.

2. Eligibility

To use Cointopus, you must:

Be at least 18 years old; and
Be legally capable of entering into agreements.

3. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account using:

An email and password; or
Google Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Upload files containing malicious code or unauthorized data;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract platform source code;
Misuse Cointopus in any illegal or harmful manner.

5. Uploaded Data

You may upload transaction files from AltCoinTrader.co.za.

Files are not stored.
Necessary data is extracted and the original file is immediately discarded.
You may request deletion of all processed data at any time.

You retain full ownership of your data. You grant Cointopus a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing dashboards and analytics.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Cointopus available continuously, but we do not guarantee:

Uptime or uninterrupted access;
Protection from all potential data loss events;
Immediate resolution of platform issues.

We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue features without prior notice.

7. Payment & Pricing

Cointopus may offer free or paid plans. Prices may change, but you will be notified in advance where applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

If we detect misuse or security risks;
If you violate these Terms; or
If required by law.

You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your stored data.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Cointopus provides dashboards for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

You acknowledge that dashboard accuracy depends on data you upload, and we are not responsible for errors originating from third-party platforms (e.g., AltCoinTrader).

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cointopus is not liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
Indirect or consequential damages; or
Inaccuracies resulting from external API or data sources.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lesotho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lesotho.
